They have passed many trainings with notable luxury groups, including Rolex, LVMH, Richemont, Swatch, and North America, which allows them to offer the very specific care and maintenance that luxury timepieces require.
To begin the service process, our team will provide a free estimate of your project, by appointment or walk-in visit, after which point they can determine whether it will be completed on the spot or within an average of 2 weeks. Our goal is always to satisfy any customer request, and complete restoration as close to your watch’s original state.

Repairs at William Barthman will not be conducted without prior permission. We offer a 2-year warranty on Rolex repairs completed in-house, or clients have the choice to send their watch to the original manufacturer for service.
Our highly trained watchmakers will utilize trusted techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to provide the highest quality of service possible. To preserve the life of your watch, they use only authorized parts. William Barthman also stocks a vast assortment of watch straps for most watches.
